Someone else also celebrated a big milestone a couple of weeks ago - Eleanor turned 1.5 years old! What?! We love her a lot and are so happy she is a part of our family. She makes our days much more interesting and fun and I seriously cannot imagine her not our 4th squad member.
18 Things about my 18 Month old:
1. She absolutely LOVES babies and baby dolls. She spots real babies a mile away and multiple times a day tries to nurse her own baby dolls.
2. She is a serious carnivore. She will choose any meat over any other food available. She also currently loves edamame, jicama, hashbrowns, and popcorn.
3. She is crazy expressive. Angry Eleanor is the funniest. And she knows it so she shows face... a lot.
4. She loves slides but is absolutely terrified of swings.
5. She loves Peanuts characters, Minnie Mouse, Cookie Monster, and Minions.
6. She is super concerned if something is not on the television. Whether it is a show or music. She has almost zero interest in watching the television but gets upset if something isn't playing in the background.
7. Her favorite animals are horses, elephants, and octopus'.
8. She is my girly girl. Obsessed with necklaces, dresses, clip on earrings, etc.
9. She loves the potty and races Kenley to get to the potty. She pretends to wipe herself, flush, and wash her hands. Maybe she'll be the easiest to potty train ever! Giving hugs to whomever is on the potty is also her favorite.
10. She does not like children. Babies is one thing but if a child over the age of four tries to talk to her, she gives serious shade.
11. She is obsessed with Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas" and requests to listen to it over, and over, and over in the car. I give in.
12. She tries to Facetime Papa (my dad) EVERY day. She knows exactly which folder and name to click on to do so.
13. Every evening after we finish reading books before bed, she impersonates an elephant. The impersonation means she wants her stuffed elephant and cannot go to bed without it.
14. She loves cleaning and throwing things away. I'm pretty certain that is where John's work nametag and some of Kenley's toys went.
15. Her favorite toys are her play kitchen, steering wheel, singing robot, wooden fruit to cut, and pretty much anything Kenley is playing with. She also LOVES "Ring Around The Rosey".
16. She isn't very good at being sneaky EXCEPT when it comes to playing with the plunger. Gross E.
17. She is a professional fork user and if you forget to give her one, she's crazy mad about it.
18. She LOVES kisses but only if she initiates them.
