41 Things I Love and Will Miss About Universal Studios, Hollywood (in Photos)

As many people now know, John will be saying goodbye to Universal Studios, Hollywood next week. It's extremely bittersweet as our family loves Universal. And anyone who knows my husband, knows his deep love and knowledge for the theme park. He and Universal go together like PB&J. Or...Amity Island and Jaws! He has been working for the company for the past 9 years (our entire time living in Los Angeles). While employed there, we started dating, got engaged, got married, and had two wonderful children. And although I personally have never been an employee for Universal, I too, feel a bit of sadness leaving. Universal has become a second home to our family, a place where our girls have "grown up", and a place we love taking our friends and family. We'll miss being able to stop by and have lunch with daddy, splash on City Walk, say "hello" to the minions, enjoy some butterbeer, and share an elevator with Mario Lopez. It's been an amazing ride and incredible being present for so many new attractions opening - King Kong 360 3D, The Simpsons Ride, Springfield, Super Silly Fun Land, The Transformers Ride, Fast & Furious - Supercharged, The Walking Dead attraction, and of course The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

We love, and will miss you Universal Studios, Hollywood, Keep on being the Entertainment Capital of L.A.!
